As Global Program Director in The International Sign Alliance (TISA) we planned and directed the rebranding of 209 locations in 62 countries following Dell's acquisition of EMC Corporation. Worked hand-in-hand with Dell's Facilities Operations and Management groups to successfully implement the signage conversion on an accelerated schedule.
